I have completed Brave Girls Club Body Restoration. 6 weeks of deep soul-searching. Here is a previous post about my journey. It was worth every penny, and every tear, and every moment of the process.
Now, I will spend the next 8 weeks continuing my quest for self-knowledge and self-acceptance with Brave Girls Club Soul Restoration 1. Class started today, and I am a bit overwhelmed. Unable to sleep tonight, so I've been up most of the night getting starting on Week 1's projects. Need to get my Soul House in order, and learn how to set some boundaries. That is what I hope to achieve over the next 2 months. Stay with me and follow my progress! I will write more after I have completed this week's assignments.
